I was a return guest who used to stay at Frangipani Fine Arts Hotel and decided to stay at another Frangipani Villa-60s- the sister hotel of Frangipani Villa Group as i am always well treated and provide me a warm welcome and moreover it has helpful and friendly staff. The location is very few minute walk to Independent monument and eating place. Wonderful service and friendly and helpful staff, i definitely return to Frangipani Villa-60s hotel whenever i go to phnom penh

I received a warm welcome from the reception to the room. The room with the windows open out to small garden area was such a great choice. The room is very clean and has a comfortable bathtub. It is a right selection of accommodation as it is very close to Independent Monument and few minutes by Tuk Tuk to Royal Place and Sisowat Quay to enjoy real tourist areas (restaurants, bars, ...). Besides being a beautiful hotel it was really the staff that made this such an enjoyable stay. They were always friendly, helpful and never without a smile. The staff are looked after here as they really make Frangipani Villa60s Hotel such a wonderful place to stay at. I definitely go back to Frangipani Villa 60s Hotel whenever I make a trip to Phnom Penh, highly recommended!

Quality of the upgraded rooms we were provided at the Frangipani Villa-90s were very good. But we only got these rooms because the rooms we had booked at Frangipani Villa-60s had been sold ot other guests.
Our reserved rooms were not available when we arrived because they had been sold to other guests. We eventually got good rooms at Frangipani Villa-90s at a discount, but we heard so often that something "can't be done": apparently they had not heard of Obama (yes, we can)!! This happened when trying to get compensated for them giving away our reserved rooms, when trying to arrange transport (which we eventually told them how to do) and at other times. Dinner orders were incorrectly served (wrong food) 50% of the time. These issues were primarily at management level. Junior staff and owner were very helpful when we dealt with them. Location of Villa-90s not as good as Villa-60s.

good location. The nextdoor hotel 252 is great, wonderful service, nice rooms and perfect pool. Go there
Bad service. They could not fit us in on arrival and booked us in nextdoor. Which was good beacuse nextdoor was really good. however Frangipiani ma de us move back next day, their credit card machine did not work and we had to make a big fuzz before they offered us to pay at their sister hotel(on which we had to pay the tuk tuk there), when we asked for a late check out, hey denied us. even after all thyeir inconvenience, they did not offer us anything in return. The location is good and the rooms are big, at least the one we had.

I absolutely loved this chic, modern unexpensive hotel in Phnom Pehn, it was one of the highlights of our stay in the city. The staff were helpful, the place was extraordinary, the rooms beautiful. I highly recommend it.

We got upgraded to the Frangipani Fine arts hotel ... so this review is for the Fine arts rather than the Villa 60's It was a pleasant stay and we liked the concept of the Eco-friendly message in the hotel

Very friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. I also liked the way that the owners have made sure their hotel is eco- friendly. They also actively promote social responsibility and serve locally- sourced food. I would have no hesitation in recommending this small chain of hotels.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel situated just off one of the main roads, though very quiet. Clean room and good beds. Breakfast not extended but ok. Served in the nice garden. Good basis for trips into centre of Phnom Penh.

Frangipani Villa-60s is small and lovely, and has a relaxing atmosphere. We were welcomed with much-needed cold and cool drinks to perk us up after a long journey. We were upgraded to suite room with no additional cost. The bathroom was very clean. One of the nicest things about the hotel is that they offer complimentary laundry facilities. The staff were of the sweetest, friendliest staff I have encountered in other hotels. All in all, a gem of a hotel in Cambodia, and one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to other travelers. Beside, there is a strict rule, not allow any visitors to go to the room and absolutely against sex tourism

Very welcoming staff and tastefully decorated rooms. We were upgraded to a suit when we arrived.
They do try to sell their various trips a bit to hard which can be annoying at times.
